Refund Policy

Fee once paid will not be refunded. As an exception on case-to-case basis, when you paid the fee but could not attend any of the classes and the request for refund should happen before we commence the classes (at least 5 days in advance). In the above case, we will retain the registration fee & admin fee and refund the remaining amount (if any).

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria: 14-day money back is applicable only on the first purchase. One must request the refund within 14 days of your first subscription start date. One must provide a reason for the refund request.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at Contact@primeprolearning.com. Our team will ask you for information about your purchase and the reason for your refund request. Once we receive your refund request, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days and issue a refund to the payment method used to make the purchase. You should expect to receive the refund within 7-10 business days after the refund has been processed.
